Writing Your First Blog Post

As an internet newbie, some fears may creep in when you are about to post your first entry to your blog. I know exactly what you are going through. I had a block about writing ever since high school and I truly thought I sucked at it.
When I would begin to write my first post, I would look for ways to become distracted. Feelings, fears, and emotions would rise within and I would allow it to stop me. My palms would become sweaty and my heart would begin to race and l would just walk away from the computer.
Later on I realized, that If I wanted to be the best at what I do, I had to overcome this. I had to go through a process. It wasn’t easy, but is it ever?
I wanted to share some points I have learned from this process:
1. Don’t judge yourself too harshly. I can truly say that I was my own worst critic. I would criticize myself out of doing it. By realizing this is a process instead of a one shot deal, I am getting better by repetition. I’m now okay with that. We are just like fine wine, we get better with time.
2. Tote a journal or idea book around. This has been the best thing that I could have done. Always having the journal with you shows your faith and expectation of receiving inspired topic/ideas for your blog. Once this becomes habit you will never run out of ideas.
3. Write down every idea that comes to mind. Don’t judge or criticize it immediately. Just write it. Accept it for what it is at that moment. Later on you can critique it and decide if it is something you want to use or lose.
4. Just do it. Take a topic from your idea book, sit down, and write the darn thing. Don’t correct yourself as you are writing it. Do that afterwards. Just write. When it is time to correct what you have written keep the next step in mind.
5. Make sure the article has original content.( This is the last step but the most important). The quickest way to tear down what you have built is to steal from others. Blogging is one of the best ways of establishing yourself as an expert, but if it is ever found out that you are a phony you might as well shut your computer down, and never come online again.
I decided to write this article because at one point in all our lives we were newbies at this. If you are a new person to online marketing or a veteran with must have advice for the new people be sure to leave a comment.
The Benefits of having a Professional Call Center

If you are looking to have a successful online business, one of the things to consider is having a professional call center. This shows the professionalism of your business and makes a great impression on your lead, thus a greater chance of your marketing message leaving an impact. When used effectively, it can lead to a higher ratio of closing which in turn can lead to a substantial increase in profit.
The Professional Call Center can:
1. Become your Backup. Whether you have a fear of using the phone, need someone to make calls while you go on vacation, or have a family emergency and cannot make that personal contact right away. The call center coach can establish the initial contact on your behalf and set the lead on the right path.
2. Show the lead the support. This can be the beginning of a know, like, and trust relationship. Remember, the key point is building relationships and not selling. The lead also knows they have another point of contact to turn for answers to questions, resolve issues, and generally guide them through the process.
3. Follow-up with the lead consistently because of the incentive, the commission. No, I do mean to harass the lead but have a system of follow-up. The mantra is: No sale, No money. They are more apt to make the initial contact as well as the follow up. Have you ever heard the statement that the fortune is in the follow up? This is so true.
4. Close the sale. If the Call center coach is truly experienced, they can close the sale for you. This can also be the first step that leads to your business becoming automated.
5. Increase the ratio of your sales closing. I have seen at least a 20% increase in profit in other businesses as well as my own. Need I say more?
Having a professional call center can greatly effect your bottom line. By thoroughly researching call centers or using one referred to you from a friend, you can find one that is tailored to your needs.
